These fabrication processes drive our whole production and allow us to deliver exceptional steel containers, cabinets and buildings.
Our facilities include the latest technologies in metal fabrication, such as CNC forming, MIG welding, pressing, assembly and finishing. The Group factory area collectively covers over 86,500m2 of dedicated steel fabrication space. Both overhead and jib cranes service the production areas to provide 5 tonnes of lifting capacity. We have invested heavily in recent years, and our modern manufacturing facility includes advanced CNC-controlled metal-forming machinery.

Welding: MIG and spot welding techniques join steel components with exceptional strength and durability, forming the skeleton of countless structures. Our welding staff are highly trained, holding coded welder certifications
Metal Forming: our CNC rollers bend steel with unmatched precision, forming curves and complex shapes. We have 300 ton hydraulic presses to bend thick plates and punch metal. Our guillotine shears slice through sheet metal with laser-sharp accuracy, preparing materials for bending and assembly. Working together, these powerful tools drive our steel fabrication processes
Painting and Coating: Protective coatings add an extra layer of resilience against corrosion and harsh weather conditions. This extends the lifespan of steel structures
Assembly and Installation: Experienced teams bring fabricated elements together, ensuring structural integrity and functionality
