This process may involve excavation and levelling to ensure the land is properly prepared for the building to be correctly sited. As part of the groundworks phase, the Eldapoint Group will often use the Jackpad system: a versatile and cost-efficient portable foundation that can be installed in any weather conditions, significantly reducing installation time, and offering a fully reusable solution. As part of our turnkey service, we also handle the installation of essential utilities, including connections for mains water, power, and waste management systems.
Design and Fabrication
