One way we do this is by supporting junior sports teams – the types of grassroots initiatives where our staff’s families play and volunteer. These local clubs play a vital role in fostering community spirit, promoting health and well-being, and inspiring the next generation of talent. Local sports clubs often operate with limited resources, relying on volunteers, fundraising, and sponsorships to sustain themselves. Eldapoint Group can provide much-needed funding for essential resources such as team kits by stepping in as a sponsor. Recent donation activity includes support for the Chester Nomad Lions U7 football team by sponsoring a new away strip. Club Chairman Chris Bain expressed his thanks to Eldapoint for their donation in a letter:
The club has 37 junior teams, all of which require kit and equipment. None of this would be possible without the help of donors such as yourselves.
Also part of Eldapoint Group, Fibaform, located in Lancaster, has sponsored the kits for the Westgate Under-9 Boys and Morecambe Under-9 Girls teams this season. It is a pleasure to see both teams wearing their new gear on the pitch, reaping the health and social benefits of participating in local sports.
