Introducing The Eldapoint Cube
Eldapoint’s latest innovation for the rail sector – The Cube, is designed in two configurations, “2 bay” and “4 bay”, to hold BRS-SM440 racks + 19” racking. These can be connected via a link kit to make various configurations. The enclosures are designed to sit on a pre-set plinth or screw piles and can be supplied with removable walkways. Designed for maximum durability and protection, the Eldapoint Cube has an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance and an SR2 security rating for enhanced protection against forced entry.
The Cube features include: modular offering multiple configurations, internal racking ready for equipment, removeable access panels, steel outer shell, secure personnel door, easy power cable-access, different mounting options, optional walkways, and more!
The Eldapoint Cube offers a more sustainable alternative to traditional rail-side location cases, by substantially reducing the number of units required. The enclosure also utilises a smaller, or no concrete foundation. All of this results in a much lower carbon footprint in the production process.

GRP Enclosures for the Rail Sector
Eldapoint Group GRP enclosures are designed to meet the stringent requirements of the rail industry, we offer a diverse range of PADS approved enclosures and cabinets. Each enclosure is made for enduring outdoor performance, ensuring they resist corrosion. The GRP non-conductive design improves safety by insulating against electrified areas. Product features include:
- A fibreglass encapsulated plywood core
- Adherence to BS6399: part 2 for wind and snow loads and BS476: part 7 class 1 standards for fire protection and structural stability
- An ingress protection rating of IP54 (excluding vents)
- Removable lifting brackets and internal stainless steel floor fixing points
- An off-white resin interior finish and external neutral grey matte
- Reinforced double doors with tamper-proof hinges and secure locking mechanisms

Network Rail approved steel REBs
Expertly designed to accommodate safety-critical railway signalling and telecommunications equipment, our REBs are manufactured to the BR1615D specification and customer bespoke requirements. We hold RISQS Accreditation for the Manufacture of REBs and supply several tier-one trackside contractors across a range of rail applications. Product features include:
- A modular design for easy transportation and installation
- Designed to accommodate railway signalling, telecoms, and power systems. They house essential equipment such as signalling and interlocking systems, electrification and plant power systems, switchgear, and uninterruptible power supplies
- Constructed with a focus on safety and security, safeguarding critical equipment against potential threats
- Available in a range of BS/RAL colours, including standard olive green and neutral grey rail options
