Anti-vandal Unit
All of our site accommodation buildings can be constructed with an anti-vandal specification, ideal for vulnerable, remote or unmanned sites. An anti-vandal unit is specifically designed to resist vandalism, theft and break-ins. Features include windows with steel window shutters and anti-jemmy edges, heavy-gauge steel doors and multi-point locking systems. Additional security features include alarms and CCTV systems. These highly secure units are still fully equipped with basic amenities such as heating, lighting and ventilation to ensure a comfortable environment.

Whether you’re a team of ten or 100, choose from compact single units or spacious multi-room offices. Site office buildings can be linked to create large double or even triple stacked structures. We can supply site offices complete with furniture, electrical fittings and air conditioning for a comfortable and productive work environment. All temporary office buildings comply with portable building regulations and come with energy-efficient LED PIR lighting and ‘A’-rated double-glazed windows.

Welfare Units
Some locations, particularly new construction projects may be situated in remote locations with no mains connection infrastructure, but it’s vital that you provide appropriate welfare facilities for your workforce. A welfare unit is a self-sufficient and portable unit that can be positioned anywhere without electricity or water connections, ready for use within hours of delivery. A fully self-sufficient welfare cabin can incorporate a kitchen, mess room, toilet and changing facilities. It has its own power generator, battery-powered lighting, fresh water and effluent tanks. These secure units are completely self-contained and designed to meet the welfare needs of site staff and visitors.
