The Eldapoint Group’s Commitment to Staff Training & Development.
For any organisation that has its workforce spread out across not only 8 of its own sites, but also client based projects, implementation of training programmes can be a major challenge.
Eldapoint Group have partly addressed some of these challenges through the implementation of an online training platform called ‘Safety Hub’.
The Cloud based training platform hosts over 160 short courses, which also utilise a short quiz to verify the trainee’s learning. The courses are tailored to align with the risks associated with each individual’s role and are managed within a structured plan.
Each course is designed to be impactful and memorable, ensuring that the knowledge learnt lasts well beyond the day on which it is completed.
The programme is structured initially to provide employees with five core training modules regarding general risks at site, heightening their awareness and informing employees of the rules and safety procedures and rules that they must abide by. This forms part of the company induction for new employees.
One of the core training modules covered within the programme is ‘Environmental Awareness’, which is becoming increasingly important as the group develops its commitment to developing and maintaining a ‘greener more sustainable culture’ and a long-term carbon reduction plan.
Health and Wellbeing is also a very important element which is included within Eldapoint’s training programme.

Part of our training programme includes content relating to identification and management of stress and associated issues, for which the company also provides employee support schemes and mental health trained personnel to assist any individual who requires assistance.
In addition to the main online course structure, bespoke externally provided health and safety training is available for our Directors, Senior Management Team and Supervisors to ensure accountabilities and responsibilities are clearly communicated to ensure a safe working environment is maintained and ultimately aids all our employees in enabling them to carry out their daily duties and return home safe, to their families.
As we move towards 2025, Eldapoint Group’s investment in training and developing its staff will undoubtedly improve the business and aid in driving our performance and aid the company in making the most of future opportunities.
